Jimmy-Boy is half-way to being one! It doesn't seem like he should already be six-months. This is my favorite age. Babies this age always smile and laugh, but they can't move around yet. Jimmy is one happy baby. He loves to be around his sisters. For instance if he's fussing, I can move him over to where the girls are playing. He'll instantly stop fussing and start watching the girls. He can sit up for a minute or two by himself. He can say "Mama" and "Dada" in baby-talk. Usually he only says "Mama" when he's mad or hungry. He loves to swing, jump, and roll around on his play-mat. He is very ticklish. He does this funny thing when he's sitting somewhere, like in his car-seat or swing, he'll stick out his left foot. He'll lift it up until someone tickles his foot, and then he'll quickly put his foot back down. Once the tickling stops, he'll put his foot back up (and the process repeats itself over again). His favorite toy is a book that lights up and sings, which was a favorite of his big sisters as well. Jimmy is a pretty easy-going baby, and he loves attention. He pretty much smiles at anyone who looks at him. The blanket in the picture was from his Great-Grandma Taylor (my paternal grandma).

He definitely is smiley! Even while trying to eat those dreaded peas he still tried to smile at me like "what are you doing?"
